We can all take heart from her feel-from-the-heart, honest energy. And we can all learn from her gutsy approach to business.

Here’s what she shared:

Humans with Agency - Beth Hanson

🌎 How is your company changing today’s landscape?

Especially in today's landscape, people are looking for meaning and purpose. Coaching has gone virtual like everything else, but the need seems greater than ever.

👊 What is your favorite part about your job of lady-boss biz owner?

Seeing lightbulbs go off for people and deep healing. Tears of truth and release. A remembering of who they really are and that they are in control of their own lives.

🔥 How would you define “agency” when you think about business ownership?

Collaboration, amplification, action.

📣 What would you say to a woman with a great business idea, but a hesitancy to launch?

Follow your crazy. What makes you come alive won’t make sense to anyone but you. It’s not meant to.

🙌 Who inspires you to be a force in your industry?

All of the indigenous medicine women of the world who listen to their souls, live in harmony with nature and nurture their tribes in countless ways. They are my heroes and inspiration.
